We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leader - Associate Director to join our team at Vista Equity Partners Management, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with university Continuing and Online Education (COE) leaders and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive high-impact utilization and maximize the value of our research partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with COE executives to secure trusted partner status and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to serve our partners in a coordinated and holistic manner.
- Partner with industry-leading experts to define partner priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive change management through stakeholder education.
- Lead partner onboarding process, including welcome calls and new partner orientations to ensure partnership adoption.
- Communicate the value of the research partnership and progress on success plan outcomes to partners through regular partnership reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University.
- Proven record of professional success in client or account management, consulting, or service delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with COE executives in higher education, public, or private sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Ability to effectively manage projects and time in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-undergraduate experience encompassing at least three of the following: client or account management experience, consulting or service delivery experience, presentation and facilitation experience, leadership experience, or commercial experience.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $57,500 - $90,000 per year.
- Discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
