Position Control Implementation Consultant

This position will play a crucial role in helping the City of Infojini leverage Position Control to create a more defined organizational structure for its Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The Consultant will be responsible for identifying changes to existing organizational and position data attributes, as well as business processes, that are required to implement position control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current data (HRMS and budget) and business processes related to position control.
  • Draft findings and recommendations, including a gap analysis on the current organization structure and the implementation of Position Control, detailed reports on positions that need to be updated, system requirements, and process changes required.
  • Conduct follow-up interviews with subject matter experts as needed.

The City defines positions control as the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of positions and their budgets in its HRMS for all departments. By implementing Position Control, the City will be able to create a more defined organizational structure, improve data accuracy, and enhance its HRMS functionality.
