RN Float Pool Medical Surgical Telemetry Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Rose Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical surgical units within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients in medical surgical, critical care, and women's services populations
- Oversee and direct the care of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assistive personnel
- Perform delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center
- Provide care to patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric
- Float to areas other than the assigned service area, performing only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Specific certifications required by the nursing areas assigned to
- Experience requirements are specific to positions and departments as appropriate
