Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Mental Health Systems, Inc. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary range of $50 to $54 per hour.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to all BBS registered staff, student interns, including individual and group supervision, clinical assessment guidelines, in-service training, and clinical consultation. The successful candidate will collaborate with participating schools and maintain effective communication and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision for BBS registered staff and interns.
  • Develop and maintain clinical assessment guidelines and skills reviews.
  • Collaborate with schools, attend required training, and maintain communication and reports.
  • Provide in-service training and ensure client clinical needs are being met.
  • Review staff charting for completeness and compliance with standards of care.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client's care.
  • Participate in scheduled program meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and current CA BBS license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
  • Two years clinical experience post-licensing required.
  • Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
  • Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
  • Cultural competency understanding required.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
