Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Program Director to join our team at Dungarvin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and supervision of one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train mental health specialists to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve program goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure program quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure program success.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
  • A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
  • Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
