Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their goals and objectives.
- Patient Relationship Development: Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to review treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Caseload Management: Manage a dynamic caseload, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that treatment plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Education: Master's degree in a human services field is required.
- Experience: Two years of relevant experience in mental health is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
