Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.
- Caseload Management: Manage a dynamic caseload of patients, ensuring that each individual receives high-quality care and support.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with patients and their families.
- Education: Master's degree in a human services field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in mental health settings, preferably in a primary therapist role.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD) required. Limited permit or license required within one year of hire.
- Competitive Salary: $55,500.00 - $68,000.00 per year.
