Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Manager role is a dynamic position that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers. This individual will work closely with our branch team to identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins and personalized service.
  • Utilize advanced relationship development techniques to deepen existing customer/prospect relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-train to support other departments as needed, including ITM, Loan Servicing, and Deposit Operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months sales/customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Previous banking and/or cash handling experience necessary.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimated range based on industry standards and may vary based on individual circumstances.
