Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at First Citizens Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to clients and prospects
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial banking industry and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial banking or business development
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or business development
  • Experience in a leadership role or team management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
