Job Overview

Hospitality Logistics is seeking a dynamic and sales-minded individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with shippers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with shippers, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Use CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but no degree required
  • Logistics/transportation sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, expertise with MS Excel
