Jewelry Merchandising Supervisor – Non-Management/Hourly Role

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to a District Manager, you will oversee a market comprising approximately 5-20 retail locations within a 25-mile radius. This role requires travel, including overnight stays. Your primary duties will include:

  • Training and mentoring fellow team members, particularly new merchandisers, while providing support across the district.
  • Ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards to drive sales and create a compelling visual narrative.
  • Staying informed about market trends and communicating relevant insights to your District Manager.
  • Cultivating relationships with store personnel to enhance sales and optimize product placement within your territory.

  • You possess strong organizational skills, learn quickly, and pay close attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable following guidelines but are also capable of making decisions when necessary.
  • You are tech-savvy, have internet access, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You enjoy training others and have a knack for it.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license is required; exceptions may apply in metropolitan areas with supervisor approval.
  • Proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and a valid license will be regularly verified.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently.
  • Capability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel as needed.
