About the Role

ALUR is seeking a skilled Mobile Nail Technician to join our team in the Williamsburg, VA area. As a Mobile Nail Technician, you will provide high-quality nail care services to clients in the comfort of their homes, offices, or chosen venues.

You will receive a competitive compensation package with a generous 70% commission structure. This role offers flexibility, with part-time and full-time options available, and the opportunity to build and engage with your own client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including basic grooming, nail shaping, polish application, and nail art.
  • Travel to client locations to provide nail care services.
  • Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Offer personalized consultations to clients to understand their preferences and provide nail care advice.
  • Manage appointments and maintain clear communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Certified Nail Technician with a valid state license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in nail care and aesthetics.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to travel to client locations within the designated service area.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must possess a professional-grade nail kit and transportable equipment.
