Key Responsibilities
  • Generate approximately 10 quotes per day for our sales team.
  • Process purchase orders and provide sales acknowledgments in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and improve our services.
  • Coordinate the release of new products on a monthly basis.
  • Edit and review advertisements for magazines to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly reports on quotes, orders, and export licenses.
  • Assist in the setup and attendance of trade shows to promote our products.
  • Collaborate with engineers to provide accurate costing, drawings, and customer correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct party.
  • Update our website with new information and content.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow directions and demonstrate strong work ethics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work extra hours and take on additional responsibilities to support career growth.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Mathematics and technical background is a plus.
  • Computer and CAD skills are a plus.
