- Facilitate performance-focused partnerships, prioritizing lower-funnel optimization and helping activate new performance features.
- Ensure continuous feedback integration from partners into TikTok's product development.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, specifically in eCommerce, Retail, Travel, and social performance advertising.
- Demonstrated experience working with platforms that drive lower-funnel campaigns, especially those with catalog-based and dynamic product ad capabilities.
- An understanding of challenges in diversifying from brand and upper-funnel strategies to result-driven channels.
- Proficiency in driving growth projects in dynamic tech environments.
- Proven ability in complex third-party integrations, especially in the sectors mentioned.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking capabilities.
- A strategic thinker who can both envision the big picture and execute the finer details.
- Effective presentation skills for varied audiences.
