Tharaldson Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain marketing plans and sales budgets with the Area Director of Sales and General Managers
  • Provide sales training to hotel staff as needed
  • Analyze revenue management strategies using tools such as Star Reports and demand analysis
  • Schedule sales appointments and conduct cold calls
  • Organize and track sales data, and complete requests from management personnel
  • Perform duties of Director of Sales in their absence
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in hotel sales, preferably with a brand
  • Knowledge of brand-specific sales tools and systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Open availability and flexibility
