Job Summary:
The Academic Instructor position at Insight Global is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a dedicated individual to support students in earning their high school diploma or GED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor student progress through an online education program, focusing on math, reading, and GED preparation.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans based on student assessments.
- Create lesson plans and provide one-on-one tutoring to students.
- Engage with challenging students and contribute to a small faculty team of approximately 5-6 teachers.
Work Environment:
Insight Global operates on an open entry and exit model, with a continuous flow of students. The position requires a year-round commitment with a standard work schedule of 8-5 PM CST.
Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
