This role is responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Lifestyle and Leisure Director to determine the activities and programs that meet the needs and interests of our residents.
  • Arrange entertainment and events within budgetary allotments to enhance the resident experience.
  • Promote activities and programs to improve resident participation and engagement.
  • Organize transportation for activity outings and medical visits.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in assisted living preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
