About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Growth Initiatives Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in the Greater Rochester area.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our Companion Services business. This includes identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with referral sources and potential clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, potential clients, and corporate partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A strong understanding of the senior care industry and market trends

$56,000-$60,000 per year, plus commission.
