  • Guest Satisfaction: Analyze guest feedback and satisfaction metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Operational Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of public spaces in conjunction with Engineering and Housekeeping teams.
  • Team Development: Ensure fair treatment of employees, celebrate achievements, and foster a culture of exceptional service.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in meetings with property owners to discuss operational and financial performance.
  • Financial Management: Guide the operations team in effectively managing occupancy rates, labor costs, and other controllable expenses.
  • Guest Experience Management: Cultivate an environment in all Rooms and Food and Beverage areas that consistently meets or exceeds guest expectations.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess either a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree with 2 years of applicable experience in guest services or management operations.
