Job Summary

As a Massage Therapist at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa, you will provide exceptional massage services to guests, utilizing various techniques and modalities to promote relaxation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess guest needs and provide personalized massage services, taking into account any contraindications or health concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with current techniques and modalities, ensuring a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Arrange workstations and treatment rooms to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and maintain time schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest behavior in accordance with Marriott International's standard operating procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Requirements
  • State or Regional Massage License
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
