Assistant Property Manager

Allied Residential is a Northwest-based property management company committed to creating communities that exceed expectations. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Assistant Community Manager at our Seattle location.
About the PositionThis is a full-time opportunity offering a salary of $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 9 paid holidays and retirement options.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, along with proficiency in Yardi software and general office software. As part of our team, you will assist the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.

- Proficiency in Yardi software and general office software.
- Ability to conduct business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other Federal and State laws.
