Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, providing expert advice on lawn care services, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on lawn care services, including lawn maintenance, tree and shrub care, and pest control
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals and leads
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
