We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team at Barilla. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our core brand portfolio to drive profitable growth and generate brand excitement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of annual marketing plans to drive brand growth and profitability.
  • Own margin expansion initiatives, including cross-functional leadership and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Lead the development of shopper marketing plans and execution in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Act as a business owner, providing actionable data insights to keep the team informed of business performance, problems/opportunities, industry trends/changes, and competitive activity.
  • Plan and execute annual tradeshows, including Expo West.
  • Manage various marketing tools, including Nielsen, SPINS, Syndigo, IX-One, NCH, and GS1.
Requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and take direction.
  • Ability to synthesize brand performance data and pull actionable insights.
  • Solid familiarity with marketing fundamentals and analytical tools.
  • Strong project management skills and proven success leading cross-functional teams.
  • Fundamental understanding of other functions that impact the business P&L.
  • High degree of personal integrity and work ethic.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Brand Management experience in a CPG environment; food industry preferred.
