About the Role

USmax Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Security Training Specialist to support our team in delivering top-notch training programs to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training objectives, conducting training sessions, and creating training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Development: Create individual lesson plans in support of our training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with industry standards.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions in a variety of settings, including classroom and online environments, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Training Materials: Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments, to support our training programs.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare and submit training reports, evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in instruction delivery, with two years of specialized experience in developing and providing training to civilian employees.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and environments.
  • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid-telework position, requiring 3 days per week of on-site work and 2 days of telework. The selected candidate must be able to travel to and operate in potentially dangerous, overseas environments.
