Position Summary:
The Receptionist and Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the front desk operations and welcoming guests. This position entails providing clerical support to the Human Resources team, assisting with assessments, basic data management, and daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
- Manage the sorting, distribution, and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office bulletin boards with relevant information.
- Operate the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and other teams as needed.
- Welcome visitors, maintain a visitor log, and inform relevant personnel of arrivals.
- Prepare shipping documents, coordinate deliveries, and verify billing details.
- Assist in the onboarding process by organizing new employee files, issuing identification badges, and collecting necessary documentation.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as required.
- Track employee attendance and compile necessary data for payroll processing.
- Perform general office tasks including filing, copying, and faxing.
- Maintain and oversee all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) logs and I-9 documentation.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication, business writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Adobe applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and AS400.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Work Environment: Standard Office Setting
