Job Summary:

At AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have a valid and active Registered Nurse State license, previous nursing leadership experience, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to follow policies and procedures.
Supervise patient care, including assessments, medications, and documentation, and adjust care plans as needed.
Participate in staffing and scheduling for efficient patient care.
Mentor and educate nursing staff for their professional growth and development.
Monitor compliance, maintain quality standards, and conduct audits for improvement.
Facilitate communication for care coordination among healthcare team members.
Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote patient-centered care.
Respond to medical emergencies according to established protocols.
Ensure accurate electronic health record documentation.
Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and ensure staff compliance.

Requirements:

Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
Previous nursing leadership experience.
BLS certification.

Rate: $44.5/hour
