At TRC Total Renal Care Inc, we're seeking a compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis center.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Care Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with patients and their families to provide empathetic, compassionate care in an intimate outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center setting
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
