We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Housekeeper to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be essential in upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our community, ensuring that our residents feel a sense of pride in their home.



Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, your primary focus will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the community, including shared amenities, offices, and individual apartments, in line with our established protocols.

  • Execute daily tasks assigned by the Community and Service Managers to support efficient operations.
  • Adhere to product safety guidelines, community policies, and procedural manuals to foster a safe and pleasant environment for residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with residents, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Exhibit problem-solving abilities and follow standardized procedures in various scenarios.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all common areas, including the clubhouse, fitness center, business center, and leasing office, in accordance with Griffis Residential standards.
  • Follow the make-ready cleaning checklist to prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Perform touch-up cleaning in apartments that have been vacant for over a week to ensure they remain inviting.
  • Promptly report any community concerns or maintenance issues to the Service Manager.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail in assessing and meeting cleaning needs for the community and apartments.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity and creating an inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
