Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Preparation: Ensure vacant apartments are thoroughly prepared for new move-ins, including thorough cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Troubleshoot maintenance service requests and perform necessary repairs, utilizing your expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, appliances, and carpentry.
  • Pool and Hot Tub Operations: Maintain swimming pools and hot tubs, ensuring they are safe and functional for residents.
  • Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, associates, and investors, ensuring a positive rapport and professional impression of our company.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment, promoting company objectives and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in property/facilities maintenance.
  • Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong oral and written communication skills, and eligibility to work in the United States.
