Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Movement: Safely move cars from the service drive to the staging area, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Transportation: Shuttle customers to and from the surrounding area, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Loaner Fleet Management: Check in and maintain our loaner fleet, ensuring vehicles are filled with gas and washed to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Shop Maintenance: Clean and organize the shop, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Customer Delivery: Coordinate with service advisors to deliver customer vehicles when work is completed, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain excellent standards and quality of service, representing our organization in a professional manner.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a can-do mentality.
  • Hardworking Personality: Showcase a hardworking personality, leadership qualities, and a willingness to improve.
