Job Title: Caregiver SpecialistWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care and support to a consistent group of residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and medication management.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, ensuring resident care needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted; previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans, employee assistance program/discount program, paid time off, sick time, and holiday pay.
