Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Gable Search Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive performance improvement.
  • Provide expert counsel to HR Leadership Team on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture, vision, and values.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Collaborate with managers and leaders to evaluate and prepare for future talent needs, managing internal transitions and promotions.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive business results and support organizational growth.
  • Partner with Corporate Centers of Excellence to drive organizational initiatives and support business objectives.
  • Manage and develop plant apprenticeship programs to support talent development and succession planning.
  • Provide administrative backup for HR performance management systems.
  • Participate in or lead specific projects as assigned, supporting the VP of Global Human Resources with reports, metrics, and miscellaneous projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience and PHR designation.
  • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment resolving complex employee relations issues and progressive HR experience.
  • Proven experience acting as a liaison between various HR functions, prioritizing areas such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent assessments, succession planning, engagement/retention, and learning and development.
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong spreadsheet and data management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
