Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations, including process improvements and staff training.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in supervising and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
