Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  2. Monitor and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations, including process improvements and staff training.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
