What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with ease and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide information to guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Review daily reports, monitor room availability, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of the local area, including services, attractions, and events.
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
