Key Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary role will involve delivering community-oriented counseling services to individuals, families, and groups facing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Offering therapeutic support to clients and their families to alleviate emotional distress and facilitate the development of coping strategies.
  2. Collaborating with other service providers to comprehensively address the psychological and social needs of clients.
  3. Maintaining detailed records of counseling sessions, ensuring confidentiality while documenting patient concerns and treatment plans.
  4. Evaluating and refining counseling approaches and interventions to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
