Situated within upscale hotels and distinguished environments, our Fifth Avenue Club is expanding across various markets in the United States, where traditional retail outlets are not present.
This venture offers personalized, appointment-only shopping experiences tailored to the most discerning clientele.Each Fifth Avenue Club location provides access to a vast selection of luxury merchandise and top-tier brands typically found in our Saks Fifth Avenue stores.
Additionally, Fifth Avenue Club venues will host exclusive trunk shows, curated events, and outreach initiatives for our top clients.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Fifth Avenue Club Suite Manager, the Fifth Avenue Club Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing their individual Personal Shopping business by delivering exceptional service in an exclusive setting, establishing new accounts, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the Fifth Avenue Club.

- You focus on the needs of both internal and external clients, actively seeking customer feedback to enhance products and services.
- You have established connections within your community and have nurtured relationships in your local market, both personally and professionally.
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in a customer-centric luxury retail environment.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
- Experience with sales targets and comfort in a commission-based sales framework.
- An established network and/or client base across various digital platforms, with the ability to generate business through content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service by cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Leverage Club events to attract new clients, boost sales, and enhance existing client relationships.
- Proactively share insights and ideas with the Fifth Avenue Club team to explore business opportunities and maximize sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online client resources to document and maintain client preferences and information to drive your business.
- Source products for client appointments through various inventory channels, including flagship stores and digital platforms.
- Maintain a strong digital presence to attract new clients and promote your business through traditional and social media avenues.
- Act as a community and brand ambassador for HBC Company Inc.
The starting hourly wage for this role ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.
Factors influencing starting pay within this range may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
