Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our state-of-the-art fitness club, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained, and that all areas are organized and tidy.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Clean the locker room, stock locker room consumables, clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms, and maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Provide maintenance for all equipment and notify the Housekeeping Manager when any rooms or equipment need immediate attention.
  • Special Events: Assist with special events and ensure that all areas are clean and organized before and after events.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to service athletic equipment, previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools, strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
