At TIDI Products, we are committed to delivering exceptional education and training to healthcare professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting interactive product training and ongoing education to clinicians in health facilities. This includes:
- Performing product in-services and educational needs for the Posey portfolio to customer clinicians.
- Initiating programs to ensure successful implementation of products in facilities.
- Developing presentations and educational materials to use in meetings with falls leads, clinical leads, and VAT committees.
- Performing ongoing virtual and in-person in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested.
- Performing other duties, as necessary, to assist the Clinical Training Supervisor in meeting company goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or 2-4 years of direct clinical experience in the Acute medical setting.
- The ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical information and solutions.
- Proven ability to coach and teach others to properly utilize Posey products and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and personnel.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Energetic, self-starter with the ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal direction.
