Clinical Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at TIDI Products. This role will be instrumental in delivering interactive product training and ongoing education to clinicians in health facilities for all Posey Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product in-services and educational needs assessments for Posey portfolio to customer clinicians.
- Initiate programs to ensure successful implementation of products in facilities.
- Develop presentations and educational materials to use in meetings with falls leads, clinical leads, and VAT committees.
- Perform ongoing virtual and in-person in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested.
- Perform other duties as necessary to assist the Clinical Training Supervisor in meeting company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or 2-4 years of direct clinical experience in the Acute medical setting.
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical information and solutions.
- Proven ability to coach and teach others to properly utilize Posey products and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and personnel.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
