Site Environmental Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate environmental hazards and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on environmental and sustainability practices.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in environmental management, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and sustainability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence behaviors and outcomes without direct authority.
