Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at HireTalent - Diversity Staffing & Recruiting Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the repair process by collecting and entering data into SAP on a daily basis, obtaining and presenting quotes, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities at the customer site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and enter data into SAP on a daily basis
  • Obtain and present quotes to customers
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities at the customer site
  • Identify and recommend process improvements in regards to the MRO/repair process
  • Work with customers' management and technicians to identify cost savings opportunities
  • Conduct critical asset analysis and assist maintenance with predictive and/or preventative maintenance strategies
  • Work with OEMs and repair facilities to identify probable cause and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor repair turnaround times and interpret trends and issues
  • Provide consultative, transactional, and analytical services to customers
  • Implement mutually agreed upon process recommendations with plant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • MS Office Suite and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage work plans and timelines independently

Desired Qualifications:

  • Cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma Formalized Certifications for Training/Project Completions
  • Domain experience with electronics and electro-mechanical systems
