Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Bayone. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
  • Provide excellent patient care and create a positive experience for our patients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time, and maintain required records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting; one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
