Principal Scientist, Discovery Immunology

Parvus Therapeutics Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative treatments for autoimmune diseases. We are seeking a Principal Scientist to join our Discovery Immunology Team and contribute to the development of our Navacims platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the identification and selection of peptide/MHC complexes using the Navacims platform.
- Develop and execute binding and functional antigen-specific T cell-based assays to support lead clinical candidate selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct non-GLP experiments and regulatory filing.
- Present data and rationale at internal and external meetings.
- Participate in laboratory operations, training, and organization.
- Ph.D. in Immunology or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
- Deep knowledge of primary human T cell isolation and ex vivo functional assays.
- Experience with viral transductions, protein purifications, and bioinformatics tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A competitive salary range of $170,000 - $190,000.
