Customer Service Representative

At Big Sandy Superstore, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify order information for accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Process cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Provide customer service support through phone calls, counter inquiries, and payment processing
- Complete and process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork
- Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate files and processes to maximize productivity
- Perform clerical support for store staff as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Basic numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat, and efficient manner
- Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous clerical experience preferred
