As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will:
- Verify all information related to orders is accurate and identify discrepancies
- Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently, processing information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions
- Complete and process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork
- Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate files and processes to maximize productivity
- Perform clerical support for store staff as needed
We are looking for individuals with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Basic numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
The ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly is required.Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous clerical experience is preferred.
