Job Summary

At Regions Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker I to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistent and optimal customer experience, handling customer transactions and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Assist customers with digital banking offerings, including mobile and online banking services.
  • Work collaboratively with branch and team members to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on banking products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience.
