About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Roving Personal Banker to provide exceptional customer service across various branch locations within a specific geography. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing support to customers in the absence of a banker or teller, ensuring seamless service delivery and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers across multiple branch locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively meet customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and by proposing suitable products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Work closely with managers to receive direction and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
