Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the growth strategy, objectives, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and challenges of all assigned accounts.
  • Forge new and enhance existing customer relationships through effective communication, scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee daily shipments utilizing our transportation management system to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Address customer operational needs by processing orders, managing shipments, and providing tracking, billing, and collections support.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry standards to facilitate competitive pricing and educate customers as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in logistics.
  • Background in customer service or support.
  • Proficiency in managing Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Experience in the rental car industry is a plus.
