Overview: The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of Goldfish Swim School within the community. This position is dedicated to managing the school's digital presence and fostering partnerships with local entities, including schools, businesses, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and curate content for social media channels, specifically Instagram and Facebook, to effectively promote Goldfish Swim School.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations and community stakeholders.
- Design and implement water safety presentations and community events in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain and update marketing tracking spreadsheets and calendars to ensure organized operations.
- Participate in community events, representing the school positively and engaging with attendees.
- Demonstrate proficiency in iClass Pro and Salesforce (Wave) for operational efficiency.
- Support swim instruction and assist with front desk operations as needed.
- Develop and sustain connections with Parent Ambassadors, monitoring their involvement and contributions.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should possess strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram is essential.
Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are mandatory. Lifeguard certifications are advantageous.
Work Environment:
This role may involve exposure to heat and humidity, with a moderate noise level.
