Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Agent to join our team at Carol Stolze Country Financial. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing clients' risk profiles, developing tailored risk management strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. They will also have in-depth knowledge of different types of insurance plans, including vehicle, home, and business, and familiarity with all types of insurance plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of clients' risk profiles and development of tailored risk management strategies
  • Presentation and sale of insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Development of leads and scheduling of appointments
  • Development and offering of suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolution of client inquiries
  • Expansion of business reach through networking techniques
  • Compliance with insurance standards and regulations
  • Delivery of risk management strategies that fit clients' risk profiles
  • Answering questions related to coverage and annual charges
  • Maintenance of records and handling of policy renewals

Requirements:

  • A valid Illinois state insurance license is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure licensure within the first six months.
  • Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of insurance plans, including vehicle, home, and business
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc.
  • Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
